Hebrew Kirtan is a meditative, call-and-response practice blending traditional Jewish liturgy and mystical Hebrew phrases with Indian-influenced, ecstatic music. Our kirtan is led by our baalat tefillah, Rebbetzin Stefanie. Afterwards, Rabbi Patrick will engage us in an interactive group learning session on the themes of memory and forgiveness, in honor of Shabbat Zachor. We'll also enjoy coffee, tea and breakfast snacks.
No Jewish or Hebrew experience necessary. Interfaith friendly and all are welcome.
